About the Course

Whilst developing business continuity plans is of obvious importance, have they now become too cumbersome? At a time when many organisations are reducing their office requirements with a significant number of their employees working from home, how much business continuity detail is really needed? This introductory course looks at integrating Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans to enhance resilience, save time and resources, and simplify the process.

You'll learn how to put together a Resilience Tool Kit built from the essential elements of both the Business Continuity plans and the Crisis Management plans. The integration, whilst not discarding useful elements of existing plans, will bring together different strands of work to simplify and streamline plans and avoid confusion.
