About the Course

A three day, presenter-led training course designed to establish a practical understanding of the details and intricacies of ISO 27001 and the ISO 2700x family of standards. With workshop scenario sessions to provide practical experience of the various stages of the ISMS life-cycle, this training course provides a thorough baseline knowledge of how to plan, establish, implement, operate, maintain and improve an ISO 27001 compliant ISMS. This course is suitable for those requiring a practical knowledge of ISO 27001 for implementing and operating an ISO 27001 ISMS. A general understanding of Information Security concepts is beneficial, although not required and there is no requirement for previous exposure to ISO 27001.

Our tutor-led online training aims to replicate the classroom training experience as closely as possible, with full interaction between the tutor and delegates. We exclusively use MS Teams for online training. You can download the app for free direct from Microsoft. Please ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements for Teams before the training begins. You may also need to check with your IT administrators that you do not need any particular settings to be able to successfully use the app.
