About the Course
This course module takes two or three major crises and looks at the impact and the response; what was needed and what part did leadership play in the response; what went right and what went wrong and why. The course, which is largely interactive allowing plenty of time for discussion, highlights key aspects of good leadership and why they are so important when responding to a major crisis.You will learn:
- The qualities of good leadership
- What can go wrong as a result of poor leadership
- The fundamentals of crisis management
- Management at all levels and the roles and responsibilities of leaders
