This five day course, culminating in an examination, provides a comprehensive grounding in BCM. On completion of the course, you will be able to successfully implement, manage, maintain and review business continuity plans within your organisation. The course is compatible with ISO 22301, the ITIL Guides to BCM, and the BCI's Good Practice Guidelines. Existing practitioners will be able to benchmark their knowledge against those guides and standards.
The course is preparation for the exam on the final day. Successful examinees will gain the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Continuity Management, an internationally recognised qualification. Although this course is accredited by the British Computer Society, it is in no way an 'IT only' course: it is ideal for anyone looking to gain a qualification in BCM.
Those with responsibility for implementing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans and also those experienced practitioners who wish to benchmark their knowledge against recognised Standards and Guidelines and gain a highly valued qualification.
